Complete 4ltr is consumed any +/- as engine is too big?? and how much mileage its gives u?? can we use toyota indus oil filter ???

I think 3.7 or 3.8 ltrs is consumed. A but less thn 4ltrs... Really don't know the exact figure

I love the Sportage, been using it since last 7 years, recently got the Engine over-hauled as I love the original Diesel engine... man is it a beast or what if any one has any questions on Kia do ask

my sportage engine contains a lot of jubilee clips from air intake till end. does it effects the consumption of cng??

i also faced same issue. after cleaning throttle body and proper tunning, it give me approx 80km/cyl w.o ac. but the seller was confident that it give 100 km. well still making efforts to maximize it up some extant.

still i m confused that how and why ppl say toyota 3s an economical engine??

what i learn t is that may be it contain a lot of clips so there might be some sort of cng leakage or something like that. do u have also have same type air intake clipping system??

how much one fill of cng costs u? with how much kgs. and what may be the role of 225/17 tire in the drive, suspension and consumption??and thanks for ur prompt reply

i think u r spending approx Rs 7.5/km and it is also costing me same with no big difference

Assalam o Alaikum everyone,

Just purchased a petrol 2004 (Registered Lahore 2005) Kia Sportage for 7.85 lakhs. Since then I have had the clutch plates changed and the front shocks re-worked.

I am unable to identify the engine. I initially thought that it was 3S. However I have changed my opinion based on a suggestion by Spraman2jz on another PW forum. He suggests that it might be a Mazda engine. Research on the internet, although not conclusive leads me to believe it is a Mazda FE.

Am I right. Guidance is much appreciated. Some photos are attached.

I have seen a Kia Sportage IDM Number
I asked the owner about engine and CNG Mileage
he says the engine is 2000CC Petrol and two cylinder of CNG 50 KG and 55 KG have been installed
and the vehicle gives 210-220 Kms in mix of Motorway and City driving ...

After doing some more research, I have to admit I was wrong. But, the good news is you have a Toyota 2.2L engine out of a Camry. It's a 5S-FE.
