I mentioned on posts regarding the sealed beam, it was Japnese earlier in my car, I searched for LUCAS and found a 2nd hand pair but it was not the complete set. rear support body (black 1 in the pictures below) used by me were fresh desi from Bedford Truck. Anyways, I installed the pair and left side's beam burnt out and the performance was'nt up to the mark.
Yesterday, I got the news from Ramzan regarding the limited stock (6 pairs) he have got hold off "Brand New" LUCAS sealed beam complete set except the ring, which came as stock with the car. This is probably procured from Army who were using these stock for Bedford trucks which are no more in service. I immediately picked up the pair, not sure how many of them are still available with him as its a hot item, even the earlier model of Rolls Royace came with the same LUCAS sealed beam!
Razak, if you are in touch with Ramzan then I would recommend to reserve a pair for yourself as well, its always good to have the quality stuff in the inventory.
5/20/14 Tyres are still missing and its been a halt on the project, i have been waiting for shipment from Karachi but havent been receiving a +ve response from the sender as yet!
