Stealership experience
went to Honda AVENUE near Gulberg.
Told them to do alignment and balancing.
The person says ho jae ga sir.Then he started to make a receipt and I was happily satisfied that they are going to cover it in warranty but then I saw that it was written: balancing 1000
Alignment 2500
And then he says Sir yahan pey sign kar dein.I was like WTF should I pay 3500 for.
Then I told him k bhai the car isnt even 2 months old and it was completing its break in period and now yesterday I got the chance to drive it on Motorway and at that time I came to know about these problems because both the problems are evident on higher speeds.Then he said talk to the service manager Mr Usman.
Went to Mr Usman seemed like a nice person told him the whole story and he said "Alignment to aik khadday mai lagnay sey hi khraab ho sakt hai" I said Sir koi khadday mai nahi lagi aur Agar mai nayi gaari le raha hun tou I expect it to be perfect in every way and if it isn't perfect then it is your fault,then he says Warranty book mai likha hua hai k ye cheezein cover nahi hain Warranty mai.
Then he says talk to Mr Arsalan he deals with Warranty Claims.At this point I started to get a feeling that I was being Played.Then after half an hour Mr Arslan showed up then Told him the whole story and he said the same thing k aap ki baat sahi hai lekin ye cheezein warranty mai claim nahi hosakti (Why does a warranty even exist?? ) Then hi says aap rukein mai ata hun he goes to the wheels technician and takes him behind the wall and starts talking to him, I out of curiosity go roward them and as I approach them he says sir ye hamary senior technician hain.At this point something seemed fishy to me that Mr Arslan went to him and said something.this all seemed very fraud like.
Then he says mai itna kar deta hun k 1050 Aap ko charge karun ga aur dono cheezein ho jaein gi.I was a little relived that ok I will pay 1050 not a problem.
after all they arent accepting it as their fault so 1050 was ok.
Then he made me sign the receipt and the car was lifted.And there indeed was a balancing problem which was Fixed.The weights were put on the wrong places.
At the end I asked him sir wesay masla tha na balancing mai ? He says ji tha.
But still how the Hell can you charge me on something which was not done properly from factory? They just completely deny it and to be honest warranty is crap read the warranty book and Honestly everything is excluded from the warranty in the book which leaves me to the question that why does it even exist?
Then all tire pressures were checked/filled then he took 2 wrenches and says sir baithayn.I sat and then on the road he checked that there was a problem and stopped on the road did something with the wrench to the left tire and then he drove and told me that now its fine.I was like Sir aap ney kaha to theek hai.
I was expecting them to do the computerised alignment in which jack type things are fitted to each wheel.I asked him k Sir aesi wali alignment keun nahi ki to pata hai kya kehta hai.Kehta hai k WO JIN GARIYON K TIRE ZIADA GHISSAY HUE HOTAY HAIN NA TO UN KA AESE KARTAY HAIN. Can You expect this coming from a Honda technician?? And then he says aesi alignement ki aap ko abhi zaroorat nahi hai
Then while coming back to stealership I asked him Sir balancing bhi out ho jati hai? He says Ji out hojati hai and he says 15000 km ki inspection k waqt alignment aur balncing dono kar waya karo.I though a mint ago you were saying k ghissay hue tire k liye computerised alignment hoti hai and now you are saying this.anyways went back to stealership gave them 1000 rupees wont give those 50 rs.There was a civic owner and there was an issue of Auto brake and the way Honda dealt with it was that due to the installation of tracker in this car your warranty is void and auto brake problem is caused becuase of trakker so now you have to pay it isnt covered in warranty.My blood is boiling seriously what's going on Suzuki Dealership was better 
Now Balancing is perfect But not so sure about alignment because it doesnt feel completely OK
So whats the big issue here?
โขThey dont consider it a mistake on their behalf that the car wast properly aligned or balanced
โขThey follow warranty book words as if it were A holy book.
โขI was led into thinking that in 1k they will properly align and balance the wheels,but only balancing was done properly and this is what they only charged for But for alignment,because they knew I wouldnt pay 2500 they decided to align it by jugaar on the road by andaza 
โขwhats the point of going to these dealerships if they are going to align my car by andaza on roads of gulberg with two small wrenches.
โขeither they could've told me that either I have to pay or either I dont get alignment done.But this is no way to underestimate a person and just show him that we did something at least.
โขGiving extremly stupid information about computerized alignment that only bohat ghissay hue tires need it.
I realized all this after I was done with the stealership.I will go to Suzuki dealership for alignemnt because as far as I remeber they did the alignment for my Alto in about 400 I think.
Later I thought that I shouldn't have come here because these arent very major things bit these thoughts never came to my mind.Well this was it.Hopefully By now you might be hating me for righting such a long experience,I like to share as much as I can so that It helps others
