Customer Satisfaction
I'll try to summarise what happened yesterday.So got a call from Honda they asked if I was satisfied with the work done onmy car yesterday and I said not at all.
Then I told him everything I could remember I just told him whatever came to my mind.At end he said we'll give you a call back.After that I thought there would be no call back because why should they care?
Well miraculously they called back and this person asked what was the problem so again I told the whole same story and he told me the same thing that it is not covered in waranty etc Then he insisted on coming to dealership.I told him I wont pay a penny for anything.and then call ended.
Well I went to dealership and he was at the reception.Greeted me and sat in the car with me and told a technician to check the tire pressures and went out for a test drive and during the drive I told him everything and explained to him why it shouldnt be this way.I told him I am not bound to visit Honda because Suzuki dealership will do alignment for my car too and cheaper I will just have to show them the angles (caster,camber and toe)
And I also told him that alignment involves angles which cant be just set by wrenches on Road.Well then he offered me that I will discount half the price and I flat out denied and said To him that I would be very happy to go home and not come back and that I came here expecting that alignment would be done by a computer this time.Then he said let me see what I cam do.
In short Alignment was checked
And according to them everything was okay on the computer screen and So I got satisfied then he replaced the left tire with the right one.While all this was happening I told the technician to get some coolant because coolant was touching MIN mark and if I asked them to add coolant it would create a mess which I was in no mood to deal with.God bless him he got coolant and filled it to MAX 
Then we went for a test drive and he once more repeated that Alignment and balancing isnt covered in warranty.
Then he asked me if I was satisfied and them asked me to tell the Customer Relations Officer that I am now satisfied.
Then went to CRO and told them the problem briefly and they happend to be nice and I did mention to them that if these things arent covered in warranty then please do provide an option while booking if we wanted our cars aligned/balanced or not.And I also added that if I get my car with half freon,coolant and engine oil who would be responsible? me? Because these things also arent covered in warranty.
At end I appreciated the efforts they are making to improve customer satisfaction which was indeed quite impressive I couldn't believe it 
So that was it.
