you can easily replace all these pipes - for that you need to get some pieces of wire (ask a denter to give you some welding wire) use that to make shapes of how the original pipes are supposed to be routed. You might need another good car to compare or use a photograph.
Get a pipe bending tool - proper CNG installers had it, its basically a pipe with a another pipe welded to it at a right angle and a sort of lip to grab the pipe, They usually had it in 3 sizes. Home/commercial A/C technicians also use it - Not the cheap idiots who dont know jack, but proper ones.
Get a flaring tool to make flares on the new pipe and use the original nuts on your pipe
bend the pipes as required and before installing them get them hot dipped or galvanized so they dont rust. For the plastic clips, I knew one shop in Karachi that sold them (they were local made items that were 2 piece and had a hole to use a bolt or screw to mount them on the body)
