Ok, what about engine noise hope 0W20 doesn't increases that? Any suggestion for tires? And yes what about warranty if we change oil grade or tires?

SInce the oil change was done by Suzuki so nothing happens to warranty. I kept the stock tires. As for engine noise, it actually decreases a bit but nothing major.

Dont be tempted too much. For e.g my alto never gave me anything beyond 16.5 on local with ac and without ac up to 19.

I am getting similar average in Karachi, my route is Gulshan e Iqbal to I.I. Chundrigar Road. Residents of Karachi know very well how congested this route is during peak hour.

During lock down I noticed average increased to around 19 km/l with AC on same route. So, i think it's all about traffic situation in your area.

Alto is a best buy, if you drive 50+ KMs per day in city...

Engine noise in cabin
skid in emergency braking

Some good news for Alto user, who are more strict with recomended oil grade 10w40. Now they can enjoy shell helix power 0w40 SN grade in red bottle fully synthetic oil.

If you are moving from a big car than one might feel the power difference but to be honest i dont find it that bad.
But i get your point one has to drive like a granny inorder to get that mileage. Lol

My daily commute (before covid ka scene) was around 80KM (purely highway driving) so I guess this would've been the most economical car for me.
Noise in cabin is actually a big negative for me. Sometimes one doesn't want to listen to music and the humming of the engine inside the cabin absolutely drives you crazy.

This is in no manner a hiway car. extremly city car. this car has literally no bumpers.

When ever you start moving from a signal you literally have to move aside so cars can cross you. Either you rev it hard and go zing. Extremely usefull in city traffic gets into tight spaces, Easy to park, parts arnt very expensive too (each bumper costs around rs.3500 Genuine Suzuki)

Last week I was driving at 130 on the highway, and 2 to 3 Altos overtook me with ease. So it's used as a highway car

I regularly use this car on motorway with medium speed of 100kmph. If some one want to derive fast.. he may overtake easily.

Mehran goes upto babusar top and everywhere you name it. It doesn't make it fit for such journeys.

0w20 actually makes the engine noise minimum, since engine was specifically designed around this oil viscosity

I second this as i have used 0-20 in my wagon R and noise and vibration has lessened
