In case of vxl,75w first gear oil change at 40000km drive. While manual vxr,75w90 first grear oil change at 10000km drive. according to ps manual. What is logic behind this?????

AGS oil change according to manual is 60K.

75W maybe because of more smoother gear changes. 75W is a expensive oil compared to the 90W rs.400

During First 10k Tiny iron shavings of gears are added in gear oil which can increase wear and tear.
So it is recommended to change this oil after 10k

Not that i am complaining, just sharing my experience. Today i had my 2nd oil change at 6000 kms. Got the same 0W20, it was short in many suzuki dealerships and they were insisting on buying 4 ltrs instead but i got it from Sethi motors. If anyone else is finding it difficult in Lahore, they can go to Sethi motors, apparently they have it in stock.

I want to know is dealership pouring 0W20 without customer insisting? Or they pour other grade if customer doesn't say anything?

I never insisted just told them what i want and they said ok. However if you wont tell them than they will pout 10W40 in it. Both times i told them what i wanted and they said ok.

Walaikam salam... being small engine car.. it always produce noise when you hardly press accelator. The noise become a little bit lessen after achieving speed.
After some time you may be habitual.
Radio or music may help in this regard.

When i travelled to Isb on my Alto and touched 120, in the start it felt like i changed wrong gears meaning instead of 5th i might have put it in 3 owning to the noise it was producing and had to check but it was 5th alright.
So noise is there however back than my car was only driven 400 500 kms. Nows its over 6000kms with two oils changed, both 0w20. Haven't been to motorway but numerous times on ring road, noise has definitely decreased.
So if you are buying an old alto do check its history and what grade engine oil the owner was using. If he has been using the Paksuzuki recommended 10w40, than i would suggest to get it changed Asap to 0w20 or better yet to look for another alto who might be using the correct grade. Plenty of owners are.

Does anyone know the fusebox location on a 2020 alto vxl? I need to check the audio fuse but i cant find it in the usual location under the dash
