Places to visit in Ghizar District Gilgit

we are leaving for Gilgit tomorrow. i want to know the best places in ghizar district, so far i know about phunder and yaseen valley. please recommend the places which are accessible by car. Also please guide about accommodation.

Road condition Gilgit to Phandar valley

AoA, I am planing a trip with my family to Ghizer district. Can anyone plz tell the the condition of road from Gilgit to Yasin and Phander Valley. I have Altis 1.6, is it feasible to take my vehicle there. My plan is Ibd to naran night stay, naran to Gilgit night stay, Gilgit to Gahkuch night stay, then Yasin and phandar valley

call before leaving to these areas (for booking Bam-e-Dunia, PTDC etc and) just to know if the area is blocked due to ashura

Dear ones, I am planning a trip to GB with my wife leaving home on 8th Muharram. Plan is to reach GB on 10th Muharram evening. You can stay at various places. You can make your stay in gupis. Or if you can.... Make your stay at phandar valley. Theres a resort type hotel in the center of mountains. You have to descend from the main track in order to reach there. You can also take your cars there. One thing i can assure you is that you will definitely love this track (gilgit to shandur road). Moreover the Phander Valley is so beautiful that i can't express in words. All the track is easily accessible by car. You can go to Phandar Valley and further on car easily. But few km,s before shandur the track becomes rocky and uneven. Let me share some pictures too. If you have any question you can ask.

Blossom Inn in Gupis (behind degree college), Sada Bahar (families block, near nala and river, ask anyone its famous) in Phandar and Baam e Duniya (on main road) in Ishkoman are good places to stay, there are other more economical options as well but you would need to check if you like em.

Road to Ishkoman is not in good shape but still manageable on car. Road to Yasin is good and you can go upto Hunder on car. Road to Phandar is good and if you can drive on rough track do go to Handrap and Teru as well as they are too good to be left in your trip.

To enjoy more, start from Ishkoman, then Yasin, then Phandar, Handrap and Teru because if you go towards Phandar first, you might not be able to appreciate other valleys.
