Punjab Smart Card Delayed

Today i received my car file via tcs but the smart card was not in it.
Will my smart card be delivered later?

Status there is dispatch and still card not delivered its been almost 2 months now. How can i check TCS tracking its shows nothing when searched with registration number ? Thanks

Goto the office and collect it yourself. I did mine after eating for a month. Even though now I have the card, the ststus on mtmis site still shows dispatch.

I have the same issue, I visited the post office they said there's no update from excise department and wait more.

Thanks, i did transfer from Rwp and car is Lahore reg num. They said it will delivered via TCS in 30 days and if its booked on TCS you get notified as they add your number in delivery..

Now excise contract is within Pakistan Post, no more tcs. And there is no way to track card with Pakistan Post. Wait for some time, and then visit Excise office. If your card is printed but not sent, it will be at office.

Thanks, I yesterday checked in Post office as well. Its still not reach there, I will surely visit excise office for it but there should be a way like help line etc for its details.

Wow ~ never imagined so many replies to my post, but the good thing is that now i am going to get my new Nissan note registered again and will be going through the same pain journey once more so will apply tomorrow for registration and will keep you guys posted with the progress.

I have received smart card but original number plates are still pending.

Online registration record is one thing that gets updated immediately so if it's still not updated you need to visit the excise office. Just got my car registered a week back and here is the receipt. Will keep everyone posted on the progress however the people at the excise office recommended me to get my number plates created privately as there is no timeline on the delivery of the official number plates so you can imagine the delay.

Similarly, the online record right now shows this for the registration status.

on papers everything is complete, smart cars also received, MTMIS shows all data except one field which says pending, most probably due to non issuance of number plates.

yes the car was reistered within a day, courtesy of dealership, 2 weeks for smart card issuance, but almost 3 months passed but number plates not received.

Two months have passed since applied for transfer of vehicle at Rawalpindi. The status is despatch since last month, but neither post office has it not rawalpindi excise office. What to do?

I transferred Lahore number 2009 Altis to new owner in Peshawar via App and it has transferred within a month. It was smooth process why did you opt for visiting excise instead of using app?

Did the buyer take the car to excise for inspection?I did a transfer through ePay but it is stuck in 'Pending for Inspection' state.

For my car, it took 6 weeks for record to appear online. The agent outside office warned this. He said, "register from me and get online record + file today, otherwise it taking 45 days nowadays". I said no as i want to do it legally. Online record appeared after 6 weeks. And I havent received file/ smart card even after 3 months

You are right, it is been almost a month and the car status still remains the same.
