@margallar,This type of environmental rust is temporary and will go even with steel brush, set to the rotary motor or simply sanding it.Am i right,rehman bhai?

Left rear floor taking shape slowly.....
Its not finished yet..but see the neatness of the grooves ....and accuracy of all the curves....notice paper like old floor underneath...
A closer look ......Everything is being done in front of my eyes ...but sometimes I myself cant believe that these shapes can be made out of 18 gauge steel sheet with bare hands and simple tools.....with such an accuracy .....
