Found some minor iregularities in design .....which hardly matters......But You know....Perfectionist is Perfectionist......
In simple words ....I will describe it as ....

" KHARABIAY DIMAGH KA KOI HAL NAHIN "......LOLZZZZ...

Hmm .....This is going to be ....."JUST ORIGINAL" herald with original engine,Tranny and drive train...not a single bolt will be non genuine .......even rims ,caps ...every thing original.... Now question of JAWAN ENGINE .....trying to grab a STALLION for him ......lets see

Great to note the progress.

One suggestion.....why dont you get the fabricated floor pans powder-coated??? The only problem you shall face is when you weld it to the surrounding areas.....those areas would have the powder coat damaged. But the flat areas shall remain protected for good. The damaged areas can then be carefully prepped, primed and painted over like you plan for the whole floorpan now.

Multiple reasons in delay...:)...Zahid caught up in some of his family affairs and went to Faisalabad.....When He came, I got busy in Islamabad trip with Hanif Bhai so could not pay proper attention to Hassan's car...As you know that if you are not allert....nothing is done....so herald was placed in shelf :(...unless I put pressure and got things rolling again....
ALHAMDOLILLAH...Now its going with good pace...
will update regularly....INSHALLAH...
