I own a Suzuki Khyber 1995 model in excellent condition.
The head of my car's engine has completed its life (three time face down). Now, it's being fitted with double gas kit. It boils the water of radiator showing clear big bubbles at the time of accelerating the engine. Radiator is 100% perfect.
The engine was overhauled 2yrs ago and it's in full of its power. It's not decreasing the oil at all. Max speed 140KM/h. On AC, engine starts warming up to 80%.
Due this issue, i am having serious starting problems with my car. I have already made a search in Bilal Gunj market but no good engine's head has been found yet.
I would now like to swap engine of my car with some EFI one.
Few ones are already under consideration i.e. New Suzuki Swift 1.3 manual, WagonR 993cc and Vitz 993cc.
For swap, pls. also suggest some perfectionist mechanic who knows all prerequisites for swap and post installation issues etc.
Your suggestion for the swap are awaited. Also, please let me know if there is any dealer in Lahore who has some good engine heads.
