Morning update!: The VF issue turned out to be nothing. I rechecked the voltage at vf and its 2.2v - thats like.... a perfect tuned-up engine!
I also took out the engine coolant temperature sensor and cleaned the gunk off it using my brother's dremel tool - after that the engine is running even better mashallah.
One thing I'd like to ask the experts and if anyone else wants to pitch in, please feel free:
VTA-E2 voltage (tps voltage) at the ecu comes out at 2.2volts at wide open throttle (WOT). Isn't it supposed to be at least 3.7v or 4.5v? My TPS physically cannot go above that.
All other similar throttle position sensors I tested at the kabli parts supplier also give the same resistance range: 0.4-2.9Kohm
What is one to do?
