Thermostat valve

Dude mashalah u r getting exelent fuel economy em having a pathetic fuel economy of 9 to 10 whithin city without a.c on my 2004 cultus carby, right now my fan is direct n without thermostat valve, im thinking to install thermostat n make fan auto.

My daily drive is 50kms im student still not satisfied with such mileage​ basically im getting 270 to 280kms in 21 litres these days with 50 percent ac...
In which city do you drive? Agr traffic karachi wale hai tu 11 12 dene chaeya warna islamabad ma itni tu cultus dete hai
Last year when i got this ride from abbu, it got heated up due to my father's stupid driver who removed radiator cap while filling and it got heated badly my father's mechanic removed the t valve BUT radiator fan was auto on my insist(but i was also against the removal of t valve) . But then i forcefully asked him to put back the t valve i bought it new from waseem autos put in his hand said him to put it back(our wo ye bol re thay ap apni gare overheat krne pe tula hua hain) and then i never visited him again​(my father 15 year old mechanic of this cultus overhauled twice by him) basically if u find a stupid mechanic trying to do stupid things this like this with your car say ALLAH HAFIZ to him and try to never visit him again.he was also saying that this will overheat and will destroy it as its old. But before it make sure your cooling system is topnotch.
Get radiator serviced
Get the radiator cap changed if too old
Check radiator plastic pipes if any of them are weak change it asap check the water body etc use coolant in radiator.
Your mileage will IMPROVE after t valve and auto fan as car will run on optimum temperature. When engine is cold running it will have low pick high fuel consumption and will get weak earlier

Ap ki mileage phir kam hai sab se pehla ap ye karwaye jo mene ap ko bataya hai... Spark plugs change krwaye our engine oil kon sa use kr re hain?

Yr engine mene recently overhaul karwaya hai spark plug change karwaye thay, but carborator mene new chinese lagywa tha coz purana wala bht tention de raha tha n mene kaabli ka risk nahi liya.

Filhaal to cng pe hu coz ye prado jitna petrol khaa rahi hai..

Bhai ap ko chinese nahi lagana chaeya tha kabuli ap ko mil jata achi halat ma. Easily from mithu khan mene engine assembly le hai ga 42k ki mithu khan se bhut achi chal re hai.
@hassantahir2 what are your thoughts about chinese carburator in bhai ki mileage kam a re hai with chinise carb 9 to 10 within pindi islamabad

U r ryt, company ki genuine cheez genuine he hoti hai n ismain aur b problems hain lyk a.c rpm and auto choke sahi se kaam nahi krta..any way ye 12500 ka liya tha mene, n mithu khan kahan hota hai???

Bhai ham ne tu jab ye gare le the tab se le kr ab tk CNG use nahi kiya our yehi waja hai kay carburator ne kabhi masla nahi kiya aj tk our mileage bhi achi hai​ our abhi tk carburator zabardast chal ra hai.
Btw why you changed carburator?

Mithu khan saddar ma hai jaha se sab gariyon kay engine mil jate hain our related stuff like carb gear etc 10ka easily mil jata ap ko carburator

Coz mene jis se gaari li thee he didnt mentained the car properly n yr carborator pe mere bht paisay lag chukay thay baar baar koi kaam khul jata tha kabhi missing krti thi kabhi back fire krti thee tang aa k new liya tha but still not satisfied wid it.

what are your thoughts about chinese carburator

Chinese me bhi bohat sari qualities ati hain so agar to acha wala ho to wo fit kaam karay ga. Waisay to mainay orignal ka bhi pucha tha aik dafa market se shayad 16,500/-RS btaya tha mujhay shop walay ne....

But obviously Chinese Carburetor jets are kind of general purpose not specifically for engine/car. So it's better to change the jets with orignal sized one's to keep the tuneup right.

Can changing the jets can improve car's mileage!??

Yes changing the jets can improve mileage.. But try to stay near stock jet numbers. That would be better.

New original 16.5k ka bataya hai hassan bhai ne. Ap ne original ka pata nae krwaya new? Kabuli bhi ap ko 8 se 10 ka mil jata agr sahi tra dhondte mithu khan se...

Actually jets were already messed up in the old carb n they were not stock, i have old carborator.

Actually 2007 main carborator cultus discontinue ho gaye thee to i thought k kabli to bht poorana hoga is liye nahi liyaa...
