Your injectors and pump including its installation are questionable here, constant rolling black smoke js a sign of over fuelling which can lead to engine damage.

Why is your radiator fan wired up to run directly? Is the thermoswitch bad?

So what should i do for this black smoke sir if i press accelerator constant in a specific area, then there is no black smoke…if i push it hard for a sec then dark black smoke..checked thoroughly today
If pump and injectors alongwith its installation isnt right what should i do as i dont want mechanica to play with it as no one knows anything here in peshawar

And radaitor fan is direct as i bought this car a couple of week ago, i flushed plain water added coolant 50/50 concentrate mixing with water as you recommended in other threads…i checked it to several electricians they said no auto switch in car so i have to install auto switch and it cant be installed in its own radiator so i have to change bottom tank of radaitor for auto switch…..

What about flushing cooling system multiple times with distilled water but still the water in radiator is not clean has gunk. Also water looks oily in radiator. Although car doesn't decrease water and doesn't overheat. Fan is automatic but thermostat valve is removed to flush the system multiple times. Engine in question is G13 suzuki

Sir visited electrician today on whom i did most of work, he also told me that you have to change radiator’s lower tank as thermoswitch in diesel is located in radiator and it cant be made auto on relay etc…

About smoke if i push paddle instantly to limit it gives black smoke and if i start pushing it slowly slowly to limit then no smoke…

Average i checked manualy its 14.2 in hilly area as my work station is upper dir area and 15 to 15.7 on long
Is it fine?

yes - hes right, the thermoswitch for your car is on the radiator itself and your system should also be having the 2 speed 2 fan setup.

For your dial gauge setup, this is the correct tooling, but do you know how to use it? and is the cold start device on your injection pump working? its the set of levers connected to a thermostatic cylinder on the side of the pump facing the front of the car.

For thermoswitch i will change radiator lower tank and this system is having single fan setup on radiator, only one fan on radiator as its pakistani indus corolla

And for dial guage i have read all your threads and advices and still reading some if left…
CSD i checked today thoroughly its not moving its stuck, i read your thread about putting CSD in vinegar and releasing it in boiling water, but i am in search of a well versed mechanic who knows how to disassemble CSD and then how to reassemble it as its having a very tight spring and you said in earlier thread that its assembling need atleast 2 persons to fit it

Crux of all my things is that i really want to make this machine in its own state as from factory…i will prder dial guage i also read your threads about using it still will take more education from your precious knowledge

How should i make CSD in proper working, its ist mission for now please guide me

I have dial guage adapter with me if you want...i bought from uk and its still unused
Rest dial guages are available in the market easily

Find a working csd cylinder, if yours is rusted to hell its probably going be trash

I suggest you visit rehman autos on ijp, Rawalpindi /Islamabad. Owner @rajaatta is an old member and is well versed with all things Toyota. He will dismantle the pump, and injectors and give it to a literate diesel pump fellow who is also on ijp. They will resolve your issue.
If not this, the best pump guy in Peshawar is in shoba, but he works based on his experience not theoratical knowledge

And that of ijp road, is he well versed theoratical and practical on these engines? Like timing the pump with dial guage??.

Yes. He does it properly. The last time a 2c was done by him, did 19 kml from isb to mirpur

This is how it looks visually, but is stuck…i didnt see any rust there

The rust would be inside that cylinder as it recieves hot water from the coolant bypass ports - if you used plain water in the system, this part rusts very quickly and then siezes.

Its job is to advance the pump when the coolant is cold and also to raise the rpm slightly for smooth idling - it releases itself once the engine warms up.

meaning when in cold state - its in advanced mode, it has to extend to release that.
