how much did u bought a kabli one for? is it giving Check Engine Light or not?

i have got my CAT CON removed due to repeatative clogging issues and now the ECU is giving P0420 error once in a blue moon stating Exhaust temperature problem

need to buy a CAT CON.

I am getting 11 with AC On high now on city road in light traffic (University Road), the sensor and cat hole did improved pick and mileage... In Karachi the residential areas mileage are not reliable as it varies a lot, I am much relieved now ,how much more you expect from 11 year old vehicle

You can clean anything but it will not make change as I also did the same, but the guy made holes into it that made pick and consumption better, I got O2 sensor from the same shop near Disco Bakery Gulshan..Ayaz Autos

@Talha you may be right in an isolated case where some illiterate mechanic unfortunately damaged the converter, although the standard practice all over the world is to service the catalytic converter unless it is damaged or the pladdium mesh has been poisoned due to leaded fuel. So i think if you just wash it with detergent or dilute acid or a de-greasing agent it should be fine.

They cleaned it with some acid, there was som imprvemet in pick, sensor cost me 2500...

where abouts are you, can i pick it from you? because a friend of mine needs a top sensor for 2008 passo (4 wires wala) since he got some radiator job done where his mechanic damaged the sensor top part somehow

depends how heavy ... and no. i had a similar problem and was also facing some pick issues with ac on. turns out my condenser was badly chocked causing the compressor to work extra hard. just had it washed with some spirit type liquid and its working good now.
