Toyota Premio 1.8 - 2007 Looses Pick

The problem that I am facing is that it starts properly with a good power but if I press accelerator paddle a bit harder, its sound changes to like "ghmmmmm..." and then instead of showing more power, it looses pick with a small jerk and then very gradually picks it up.
I have changed the plugs (iridium), coils are checked that those are working properly, catalytic converter has been cleaned, throttle body cleaned, fuel injectors have been cleaned, fuel pressure has been checked and verified.
What else do you think could be the reason?
Also in idle position, when I press the accelerator paddle, I can feel there is a lag/delay between the time I press it and rpm increase. Is it normal? How sensitive the accelerator paddle should be? I am asking this because I had Honda Reborn. I remember it shows RPM increase instantly even if I slightly press the paddle.

Model 2007 1800 your vehicle is CVT transmission with 1ZZ-FE engine.
it has 2 O2 sensors pre & post, most likely both may be dysfunctional. visit a workshop which can scan your vehicle and pull the error code.

Vehicle has been scanned multiple times. No error codes but yes, the O2 sensor located underneath the car stopped working few months back so I replaced it.

Yes, I replaced it with a Kabli part for about Rs.4000/-

No idea when its transmission fluid was changed. I'll have to check with the person I bought it from. Do you think it will make that much huge difference?

Can you share the obd2 data log here.
Electronic throttles have lag in them.
You have to check the transmission oil as soon as possible.

Ok, I am checking the date when the last owner changed the transmission fluid. I called him and he said he never did that and he'll check with the person whom he purchased it from.

sir ji kisi nai bhi change nai kara ho ga pucaa bata raha houn ap ko,.
This is best time you do that honor and save yourself from further confusion. use only Toyota OEM CVT transmission oil

Okay, I have changed the transmission oil from toyota dealership but that didn't resolve the issue. They also changed the air filter to toyota genuine in an effort to fix the issue but that didn't work.

1. Ignition coils checked ...OK
2. Spark plugs checked ...OK
3. Injectors cleaned ...OK
4. Fuel pressure checked ...OK
5. Catalytic Converter Cleaned ...OK
6. Filled the fuel tank half with Hi-Octane ...OK
7. Throttle Body Cleaned ...OK
8. MAF Sensor changed ...OK
9. Transmission Oil Changed ...OK

Doing all the above improved the performance but the main problem still there!
Any other idea?

Vehicle odo meter now is 268000 kms it is 2008 model Grade A, purchased / registered in PK Jan 2012. UPDATE: Thanks everyone for the kind suggestions. So I have changed the CVT oil as well as Rear diff oil but none of them solved the problem.
One thing I noticed is that the car runs much better when it is cold but as it gets hotter, it starts hesitating. If I push the paddle too much to bring more power, it takes a very slight jerk and looses power and then slowly picks up.

The only few things left would be:

• Check fuel filter/pump
• Replace the plugs with brand new
• Replace the coils
• Replace MAF sensor

But all of these will cost a lot to me. Anyone has any further suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

That is a sign of either a bad O2 sensor or a bad MAF. This is a separate issue from your CVT performance.

Nope went everywhere I could from Lahore to pindi to Peshawar to Mardan. Everyone did their test, everyone checked everything in every possible way. It wasn't even showing up even on techstream when it was locking at 2.5k rpm.
I went with my mechanic on a Lahore city trip with scanner connected in a 100km trip. Nothing showed up. He was just saying one thing, I know your car and your gear isn't bad, it's just some small crap which isn't working. Guy is pretty loyal to his work in a small setup.
