On the way back to Yercaud stopped at an Orchid park for a while. This place had some amazing orchids but i can't find the pics of them in any of the folders. I did find these two pics taken with my Fujifilm cam. This park was like a magical place out of a Harry Potter movie. The two pics below, for now.

Well, the fog and rain was gone by early evening but gloomy all around and we decided to get back to our hotel. What's a roadtrip without booze and revelry ,eh?. Booze pics towards the end of this thread but for now pics of the hotel we stayed at perched on top of a hill with a great view of a valley at the rear.

"Experimental Garden"

A park created by the Botanical Survey of India for nature lovers to walk through and exercise or just loll about and soak in the view. 'Twas like paradise to me!. I saw a flesh eating plant for the first time and it looks so harmless. This plant has a pouch that sucks in insects of all kinds and once they're in there they're history. The plant was in a steel enclosure thank goodness!. Enjoy the view.

OH!!!!!!! i remember this road. This is the place where most of the tragedies/murders/tyre puncture/encounters happen on Star Plus/CID. We usually see a bride standing alone for hours here and asking for a lift but sadly nobody stops and the only car that stops is either her old bf or the villan
