bhai I am superstitious person especially about when my car care is concerned. I said it because I use to regularly maintain it. and as for the ignition goes, car sulF was get cleaned before, car battery was also get changed. Even when I started working on this problem, firstly I replaced the car battery, then I went for the Car Sulf service.
I did not hear any sort of 'tick tick" or tick tack . the car engine voices are SAME as BEFORE.

bhai I am using Havoline Motor Engine Oil since 12-13 Years. I have attached its picture.
Usage is 2500-3000 km's per change. and this car has hydraullic tappets thats y I am worried. My car engine has Never get opened even 10 % engine. its genuine. and Only Tunning Job is been performed so far.

Sulf is not the ignition system - the ignition system's job is to burn fuel in the 'ignition' stroke of the 4-stroke cycle. It consists of the ignition coil, distributor (in this car), plug wires, and spark plugs.

Its a largely ignored system in most local cars - it's condition makes a huge difference in performance and fuel consumption of old carby cars.

After checking the ignition system, set the ignition timing properly with a timing gun. Your starting problem could be something as simple as incorrect ignition timing.

okay I got your point. Bhai the ignition system is working fine and optimal mode. I am saying it because the Engine Tunning is been performed on time and it was lastly done 2000 kms before and even I was facing this problem. So the spark plugs was changed and the Ignition coil is checked as well. its good. Distributor is also working perfectly. Distributor and ignition coil is been checked by Electrician. plug wires are fine.
ignition timing was checked When the Tunning was performed by Pak Suzuki Distributor Service area Engine Mechanic.

Bhai u r not using Right oil. 20W-50 is almost death to your engine. This caused premature death of your Tappets in these 13 years

Use only Suzuki recommended Suzuki Genuine Oil 10w-40 API-SG and buy only from suzuki authorized dealers. It will come in Rs. 1,628 pr Rs. 1,700 for 4 Litres

Change your oil after every 5,000 Km(as suzuki recommends)

Also get your Fuel pump checked asap

bhai you can be right at your point. But I am not fully satisfied with your answer. 13 years is a long term man!. you know what, I used Shell helix yellow box oil at initial stages but I was NOT satisfied from that oil so I changed it and since then I am using it. SO far I never faced issue of Havoline oil and even Not a single mechanic ever said to me that its harming your car. and I consulted many senior engine mechanics and they all assure me that its the Better oil.

as far 20w-50 is concerened, still no one ever pointed out that it will hurt te engine. even I talked to the suzuki dealers they still agreed with it. Important point is which most of the person said to me that If this oil has suited to your car then keep using it. ( IT was also said to me By Suzuki Dealer service area Manager, while I was having discusiion with him about shifting from havoline to Suzuki Genuine oil and that discussion was held quite a long time ago ).
I personally APPRECIATE YOUR KIND RESPONCE, and i am not criticizing you just sharing with you the Previous conclusions.

10W40 is only recommended. Even u search here, this topic has already discussed Thousand times on pakwheels that Cultus is suited with which oil.

Even many of pakwheelers left the car buying deal if they find that previous owner used 20w50

Problems of Tappet should not come if u use correct API rating. That's the reason that mechanic will never guide u about corrrect oil ratings. Forums like pakwheels are the best place to learn from each other expertise & experience.

Some years ago, even i did this mistake of using 20w50 but thanks to Pakwheels where seniors & experts educated me about this specially hamarey azeez @abid110 bhai who even managed to provide me rates as well as the place where i would find correct oil in correct price

Anyways coming again to main topic there are several factors which r giving u this issue like
Weak Fuel pump
Weak/incompatible spark plugs
Weak/incompatible plug wires
Weak/incompatible coils
Carbon issues
Solenoid issues
Weak Dynmo(Cutout issues) i also experienced such issues around 18-20 years ago in my Khyber which was simply solved by servicing of "Self" by electrician
Also some 13-14 years ago, i experienced such issues in my family's Corolla. At that time it simply solved in 1 minute by replacing Advancer & Emulator with new one.

Well, I joined pakwheel in 2015 but I did not face such kind of issue in car so did not find a chance to be here to talk in forum. and yeah you are Right, Forums like Pakwheels are the place to Learn!
Yesterday, I searched and check one forum discussion here on pakwheel where the writers were of the opinion of 10w-40 and 20w-50 as well. Here is the Link,

But still I will Consider your OPINION and will change oil. Few experts tell me that 20w-50 IS BEEN USED FOR OLD CARS. AS MY CAR IS 2002 MODEL AND IT IS BEEN DRIVEN 1,94,000 (194K). SO WHAT WILL YOU AND OTHERS RECOMMEND NOW? AND most of the persons say if it is been suited and the car gets old then KEEP USING IT.
I talked to one of my known person, He told me that IF you Switch to a lower RATING now, then THERE is a CHANCE that Your Car will LOWER THE ENGINE OIL. ITS A caution!
but still WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT HAVOLINE FORMULA? Rating is 10w-30.

Too much advanced ignition timing.bypass the STAP00B and than adjust the timing from the distributor to 12deg BTDC

Bhai we were also using 20w-50 since late 80's in several cars but when 12 year ago when I joined Pakwheels in 2006, i was also satisfied with 20w50 but here experts & seniors educated me the relevant specs. as per car engine & several other conditions. 20w50 is quite think and mechanic usually recommend to cover up their fault as it is so heavy and they used it for hiding engine noise which emerged due to their own fault. Also if they know some lackings in their packing/seals, they also hide it by 20w50
Similarly when people want to dodge while selling car, they also use this "Garha Oil" trick, by garha they mean 20w50, this trick temporairly lowers the sound(when car is in parking position)

I came to opinion that wethet old or new, use only recommended fuel specially providing by Manufacturers

Usage of 20w50 leads:
Crackling sound,
Sludge.
Damaged timing chain tensioners.
Seized timing adjusters / variators.
Poor gas mileage.
Excessive engine wear.
Premature oil pump failure.
Premature tappet adjustment failure.
Clogged PCV systems

If u r satisfied with 20w50 what can i say. You know your engine.I also corrected my Oil grade which ran 113,000 Km on odo meter after 10 years by considering Dair ayed durust ayed

Simply think if 20w50 is anywhere relevant, why Pak Suzuki is not blending or packing this grade? They are providing only 10w40 Multigrade engine oil in 2 variants

bhai I agree to your points. Look, my engine is in good condition. and its never been opened or repaired so far. as far shifting from 20w-50 to another goes, I CAN DO IT. BUT only POINT I am RAising is that whether it willl bring DAMAGE engine or NOT?? and I NEED EXPERT OPINIONS on it or Whether I have to MAke NEW THREAD for it .
WHEN I READ YOUR TODAYS MESSAGE , I talked to SUZUKI DEALER service area Manager, He Knows me PERSONALLY and I am their CLIENT since 11 years. HE firstly said that why you need to change your engine oil? you maintained your car nicely , your car is Fully fit then why you need to swap? But when I insisted Him , he advised me to go For Havoline Formula". He eventually means to DONT change the Brand but change their Product Line. YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS?? and @Hassan1991, @ZainMahdi @abid110 .
he further said ky " Jaesay ek company ka oil khanay mein change kerny say jisky hum Aadi hun , koi aur use karein to Gala kharaab ho jata ha , same like Car ka bhe yeah system hai. agar apnein change kerna he hai to Formula ker lein "

and All the Seniors and Experts , I need your cooperation and Advice that what should I do for the starting problem? If you knew A good knowledgeable and Reliable expert in LAHORE then Kindly Let me Know. I am Waiting.
SO far what I have done for this problem is been listed below;
1. New AGS Battery.
2. SELF Service.
3. Proper settled Current system.
4. Complete overall tuning. ( fuel filter replaced as well ), Timing setting from Gun and rest of all the things.
5. Carbureter chowk is working good.
6. Checked the in-tank fuel pump pressure by electrician. He said its coming accurately . Further he said your tank is Not dirty as fuel condition is Clean.
7. Ignition coil is been checked. Its working fine.
8. car is factory fitted CNG and the CNG and petrol system combined is been Inspected. No complain from it.
Now what I should I go for? Kindly do Advice me What should I SAY to MECHANICS? I AM REALLY THANKFUL TO ALL OF YOU FOR GIVING ME TIME AND COOPERATION.

no that's not true. it's a machine. just use the oil your using before. it's not the fault.
no try this, check the car when it's not getting start not when it's already start. getting my point?. first check the petrol supply, then spark if these things are ok then remove the air filter housing and pour some petrol directly inside the carb if car runs on first self and remains start then it's the fuel. if the car doesn't start then you can be sure that fuel supply is not the problem.

1700 is only for oil pack. I did not changed oil by them. I changed my oil from outside and gave him Rs. 50 for job of oil change, oil filter change, air filter change

10w-40 Oil of Suzuki will show u performance difference really. It will be light on your Engine components. 20w-50 is much thick and of course heavier on engine. For next car, remember that never buy car from that owner who uses 20w-50 as it is cheapestmost viscosity.
11 years service or more like I am going to Suzuki Macca motors since last 19-20 years but even now they couldnot answer many of queries correctly. Ask them why dont u provide us 20w-50 simply if u r recommending to use it

For any car starting issue or Low RPM at cold start, there r only 2 reasons:
Weak Current(Required current is not available)
Fuel pump issue(Required pressure is not coming)
