Wooden Door Guide
For chogath follow pattern briefed in this thread , this pattern valid for every sort of door type.
There are only 3 main categories /options for the doors;
1-100% Solid Doors
If money is no problem, straightforwardly go for Solid Wooden Door of Diyaar or Marandi or Pakistani Kel. In case of solid wooden doors, 100% wood is installed at chogath box, door border is of solid wood, door filling is of solid wood. This option is ultimate w.r.t looks and reliability but costly. Pisc given below;
2-Semi Solid Doors (In Finishing equals to Solid Door if polish done by good party, average reliability, more porn to termiate due to mdf use in chogaths)
In semi solid doors, chogath covering is of usually 8mm MDF sheet, chogath border is of wood and door filling is done by 16mm MDF sheet. To make the door more beautiful, grooves are incorporated on MDF sheet with help pf rotor machine. Wood used can be yellow pine or imported kel or even Ash wood.You even can paste 2 ply ash wood sheet in 16mm MDF sheet to give door looks of Ashwood. Once polished, nothing will be recognizable that its wood or mdf or ply. Only experts can judge it not the ordinary man.
Rotor machine and semis solid door pics given below just for reference;

3- Econo Doors or Ply Doors (Most economical but have low reliability and below average finishing)
The lightest quality in wood world, even if you kick the door with leg, door will be on floor along with its Qabza and Chogath. Not recommended until you have an financial emergency. 2 Ply sheets are pasted on very thin wood frame and weight of door is overall very less, its hollow from inside.
Now you have to decide what you want.
Answer of 2nd Questions:
Always buy steel bars of good reputation company which shall be uniform in size throughout. e.g. if you requrie 2.5 mm steel bar and you order 1000 Kg, if at some bars are 2.6mm or 2.8 mm or 3 mm rather of 2.5 mm, its your financial loss .Coz you require 2.5 mm only as per design but you are paying for higher mms so this loss is irrecoverable. Go for good brands, Karachi Steel , Pakistani Steel, Mughal, Amreli, Ittehad, Fazal .........................
2nd Tip is once your roof has been ready after shuttering, immediately return all remaining steel bars to shop. Once its rusted shop will not accept return.
Thanks.
