Maybe under amnesty scheme if that is considered legal?? Certainly not under the normal import system for cars that limits age to not more than 3 years old.

I am very surprised you were not able to find anything :o. trying to find a specific vintage car in Pakistan takes a bit of doing. You have to get behind the task and put in the hard work. Certainly a car like this will not fall in your lap or be found in the cassified section of the Sunday paper. Here are some links:

Are you asking me? If yes, then your best bet is to look in Karachi. That city has the highest population of US steel. If you are looking for vintage machinery, Quetta and Peshawar may yield results. But it is not easy.

In my opinion this is a Ford Maverick or Mercury Comet from the early 1970's. both cars were externally similar except the badge and grill. Here is a picture off the net of a similar car in better shape. The picture of the car on Pakwheels has its lower rear valence cut off possibly due a future plan to replace it.

in my opinion getting a vintage American muscle car in Karachi is a difficult task, these are either dis-mental in shershah or exported to abroad, few are kept by some people like VCCCP after restoration, i suggest you to better search for a toyota crown fourth generation (preferably 2 doors) you could get it in reasonable price all you need some modification / beautification and engine up-gradation with allied accessories
