PakWheels AutoStore – Returns & Refunds Policy

At PakWheels AutoStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent return experience, please review the following updated policy:

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product: Received item is broken, destroyed, or not functioning.
  2. Incomplete Product: Missing items or accessories.
  3. Wrong Product Delivered: Includes wrong size, color, model, fake item, or expired product.
  4. Mismatch with Description: Product does not match the listed specifications, description, or pictures.

Automotive & Motorcycle Accessories and Other Specific Items

  • Change of Mind Not Accepted: Returns/refunds are not applicable in case of change of mind for automotive or motorcycle accessories.
  • Refund Eligibility: Only damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products are eligible for refund — assessed based on shared photo/video evidence required by our Customer Support Team.

Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

  • Refund Eligibility: Products will only be refunded if they meet one of the valid return conditions listed above, supported by photo or video evidence.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • All types of vehicles (e.g., Bikes, Electric Bikes, Batteries, Tyres, Cars)
    • Installation or Fitting services, PPF

How to Pack Your Return

To avoid rejection of your return, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Use original and undamaged packaging
  2. Ensure the product is unused, with all tags, seals, manuals, and accessories intact
  3. Attach the return shipping label clearly
  4. Do not apply tape, stickers, or labels directly on the product box

Note: Returns sent in poor condition or missing components may be rejected and sent back without refund.

📅 Return Process

  • Return Timeline: Initiate return within 3 business days (72 hours) from receiving of your order.
  • Required Documentation: Share and attach clear photo and/or video evidence when submitting your return request.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is verified by our Quality Evaluation Team.

Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement Dispatch: Within 5 to 10 working days (location and product-dependent)
  • Refund Processing: Within 7 to 10 working days, after approval, via bank deposit
