Dear all,

I booked a Honda City P/T from Honda Gateway in mid May of this year (2017). They gave me a tentative delivery date of December. 7 months away!

Its been 2 months now and I do call Honda Gateway regularly to see if there is any update in the delivery time and always get a very rude response from the employees there. Basically a shut up call. Today I informed them there is a 2 month delivery time for booked vehicles in Pakistan. They very relaxly said, thats not an issue for us, we just pay the late delivery fine.

So, I am very unhappy first of all with the 7 month delivery time of a booked vehicle and secondly, with the way they treat customers. I thought customers should be treated with some dignity but that doesn't seem to apply at Honda Gateway.

False promises Delayed Deliveries

Variety of cars:normal listing

Quality of customer service including after sales:pathetic customer service, they take whole amount to book car in advance and then you just keep chasing them.
Delivery date for my vehicle has been changed three times! and worse is that they never update you.
Absolute rubbish

Value for money:don't bother

Recommended for other customers:no

Final Words:I've been told they sell cars off to other customers for more money and keep delaying deliveries for normal customers.
