Customer is treated just like they are beggars either its pre sale or after sale
No consideration for value of customer money & time
During this era of survival of the fittest either they need to change themselves otherwise customer will be attracted to other dealerships

Pathetic services especially customer relationship services . Poor coordination and response what they need that after booking or buying a car either customer should die and never come back.
Whatever you ask them regarding buying / t sure / booking etc., they will come back with a response sir we will handle and let you know soon but the moment never comes and with the passage of time customer realize that he is just wasting time and to get in touch with them will lead to a new era of frustration.
