Honda N One exterior features a unique and distinctive design language. The front end houses circular headlights, a trapezium grille with chrome accents and a rectangular air intake. The rear end houses angular trapezium styled side swept taillights, a chrome trim piece placed beneath the rear window and a standard case hatchback. All variants of the Honda N One feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of the Honda N One features a unique and distinctive design language especially for a kei car that allows itself to stand out amongst other cars in its class.

Honda N One interior compromises of gray and beige plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in fabric. Standard features include automatic climate control, power windows, power steering, power lock doors, power windows, four airbags, and a stereo speaker system. Features on the higher end Tourer include front and rear fog lights, DVD input on the stereo speaker system and power adjustable mirrors. Options include satellite navigation, cruise control, leather upholstery, reversing camera and parking sensors. The overall interior of the Honda N One offers a decent amount of interior space for a small kei car, it also offers a decent level of comfort and interior refinement.
