Familiarity: I owned this bike.

You say you’re only getting ~60 km of range (not 90-100 km).

If this is typical, it means the actual delivered range is ~40-50% less than the upper claim.

Real-world range is almost always less than optimal manufacturer claims because of rider weight, terrain (hills), riding style (stop-and-go vs steady), sort of traffic, temperature, etc.
