The 7th Generation Porsche 911 was introduced in 2012. The 7th Generation Porsche 911 is a rear engine rear/four wheel drive sports car. The 7h Generation Porsche 911 featured an updated design language with larger exterior dimensions compared to the previous generation of 911. The 7th Generation Porsche 911 is a rear engine front/four wheel drive sports car. The 7th Generation 911 is the current flagship in Porsche sports car range. The 7th Generation Porsche 911 is available in 22 variants Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera GTS, Carrera Cabriolet, Carrera S Cabriolet, Carrera GTS Cabriolet, Carrera 4, Carrera 4 Cabriolet, Carrera 4S, Carrera 4 GTS, Carrera 4S Cabriolet, Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet, Targa 4, Targa 4S, Targa 4 GTS, Turbo, Turbo S, Turbo Cabriolet, Turbo S Cabriolet, Turbo S Exclusive Series, GT3 and GT2 RS. The 7th Generation 911 is being offered in 2 body styles 2-door coupe and 2-door convertible. The price of the 7th Generation Porsche 911 is not competitive when compared to other models in the same class available in the local market. 


The exterior of the 7th Generation Porsche 911 features a very familiar 911 design language. The front end houses circular LED headlights, a trapezium air intake and dual daytime running light strips. The rear end house very sharp, narrow side swept LED taillights, quad exhaust tips and a large rear bumper. The GTS variant of the Porsche 911 features larger front and rear tires, GTS branding on both the exterior and the interior and black accents all around the car. The Porsche 911 GT3 features a fixed rear wing on the rear, a lower front end with a larger front splitter and a larger front bumper. The rear end also houses a rear diffuser, a larger rear bumper and flared wheel arches. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS features an even larger fixed rear wing on the rear and slats in its wheels arches to reduce the buildup of areas of high pressure in the wheels arches. The Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S feature larger wheels and tires, standard carbon ceramic brakes discs with yellow calipers, a small fixed rear wing, a sports exhaust system with quad outlets and flared wheel arches, the sides houses large side air intakes as well. The overall exterior of the 7th Generation Porsche 911 features a very unique and distinctive design language that allows it to stand out amongst its competition. 


The interior of the 7th Generation Porsche 911 features the familiar Porsche design language. The seats are covered in a choice of black, garnet red, espresso, agate gray and Luxor Beige premium leather. Standard features include fully automatic 2-zone climate control, keyless entry, cruise control, satellite navigation, 9-speaker stereo audio system and 4-way electric heated seats. Options include auto-dimming door mirrors, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, memory seats, power moon roof, multifunction steering wheel, extended paddle shifters, 15-speaker stereo audio system, rear window wiper, surround view camera system with parking sensors, wood console insert, leather/wood steering wheel, ventilated seats, a choice between 14-way power seats with memory package and 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus with Memory Package, fire extinguisher, custom coloured seatbelts, power moonroof, wood trim and custom colour contrast stitching. The overall interior of the 7th Generation Porsche 911 features a decent level of interior space in the front but a lack of interior space in the rear, it also features an excellent level of comfort thanks to the extensive use of luxurious materials, it also provides a smooth and relaxing ride thanks to the numerous driving aids and comfortable seats combined with the comfortable suspension setup.
