The 8th Generation Honda Accord was introduced in 2008. The Honda Accord 8th Generation features an updated design language and a more aerodynamically efficient body compared to the previous 7th Generation Honda Accord. The Honda Accord 8th Generation is also sold as the Acura TSX in other regions of the world. The 8th Generation Honda Accord is a front engine front wheel drive subcompact executive car. The 8th Generation Accord is available in 2 body styles 2-door coupe and 4-door sedan. The Honda Accord 8th Generation is available in 2 variants 20TL and 24TL. In Pakistan, only 2.4 variant was available, however, the price of the Honda Accord 8th Generation is not competitive when compared with other models in the same class available in the local market.

The exterior of 8th Generation Honda Accord features a familiar Honda design language. The front end houses sleek narrow side swept headlights, a trapezium chrome grille, a trapezium air intake and standard circular fog lights. The rear end houses sleek narrow side swept taillights, a chrome trim piece running the length of the trunk and dual exhaust tips. The 4-door sedan features next to identical styling to the 2-door coupe apart from being slightly longer to accommodate the rear doors. All variants of the Honda Accord feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of the 8th Generation Honda Accord features a fairly unique design language that allows it to differentiate its self from its rivals.

The interior of the 8th Generation Honda Accord compromises of black plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in a choice of black or beige fabric. Standard features on the 20TL variant include air conditioning, power door mirrors, power windows, six speaker stereo audio system, cruise control, multifunction steering wheel, traction control and dual front airbags. Features on the higher end 24TL include leather upholstery as standard. Options include heated door mirrors, automatic climate control, power moonroof, keyless entry, auto-dimming rearview mirror, satellite navigation, 7-speaker stereo audio system, outside temperature display, compass, occupant sensing airbag, dual front side impact airbags, compass, reversing camera, heated front seats, leather/wooden steering wheel, leather shift knob, leather upholstery and split folding rear seat.
