Converted to 1994 best in condition as smooth as a new car. Turbo charged Diesel engine soundless floors quick. Bulgarian embassy cleared back in 90's , 2 diplomat owners after it. Much more functions are in car like power seats etc. no malfunctions Body tax is not paid because back in 2007 there was no such rule when it was converted.
