Perfect Family Sedan

Familiarity: I owned this car.
As a user of both the Toyota Yaris 1.3 CVT ATIV and Changan Alsvin 1.3 MT, I strongly prefer the Alsvin. It offers better build quality, driving pleasure, design, features, and cabin space.

Three adults can easily sit in the back, unlike the Yaris, where the center armrest limits space. The trunk is as spacious as in Yaris and City, and overall dimensions are nearly the same.

Alsvin’s rearview camera with dynamic guidelines and parking sensors works great day and night—something missing in Yaris and City.

Although I do like the Yaris for its comfortable seats, it does have several drawbacks—hard steering, ineffective side air vents, and a noisy suspension.

In my opinion, the Manual Transmission (MT) variant of the Alsvin is the best choice. It has lower maintenance costs than the DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) version, which tends to make jerky shifts. The manual version is smooth, reliable, and perfect for family use.

Familiarity: I owned this car.
Elegant looking car with great features. Engine is soundless. Good road grip. Seats are comfortable. Good noise insulation. Fuel economy is around 14-15 in city with congested traffic. On motorway it is around 18-20 km/ liter. Built quality is far better than locally assembled cars. Happy to buy this car.

Yeah its great value to money ..range is so good ..specs are high with compare to others ther are too expensive like HONDA CITY AND YARIS OFFERS 6MILLION BUT ALSVIN WITH LESS THAN 5MILLIONS WITH HIGH SPECS ..its offer sunroof cruise alloy rims etc ...drive is smooth .Due DCT soon it get faster ...in upcoming time its markete value will be stable ...i have 2025 model.black edition i have offer of 48.5 lacs .so market is good .

The Changan Alsvin Lumiere, a stylish and well-rounded sedan, has been a delight for me since April 2021. Its sleek design, with sharp character lines and an elegant front grille, exudes sophistication. Inside, the comfortable cabin, leatherette seats, and intuitive infotainment system has till to date, gave me a premium driving experience. Performance-wise, the responsive 1.5L engine and smooth DCT transmission deliver an engaging ride, making city commutes effortless. Fuel economy remains commendable, offering efficiency that balances power and savings. As for value, Alsvin Lumiere competes remarkably well against pricier alternatives, packing modern features at an attractive price. In my opinion, whether for daily use or long drives, it offers a refined blend of comfort, performance, and efficiency, making it a smart investment. A true standout in its segment!

Excellent Value for Money

Familiarity: I owned this car.
Changan Alsvin is a beautiful sub-compact sedan which offers excellent value for money. I bought mine in 2024 (brand new) and after driving it for almost 9000, I can safely say that this vehicle has the potential to destroy the market of Suzuki Swift, Cultus, Toyota Yaris, Honda City.
-Build Quality is very good. Specially the interior design gives a premium feel. There is alot of plastic but the quality is good.
-Engine performance and Fuel Econony are too notch. The Euro-5 Engine delivers as advertised
-Suspension is a perfect balance between comfort and handling. Not so hard as CITY and not so soft as YARIS. Its just on point.
-Features like reverse camera with dynamic guidelines, parking sensors, a good infotainment system with 04 speakers are bonuses in this price point.
-Drive quality is excellent with good cabin insulation.
-Tyres need improvement as you feel every single bump on the road due to the tyre being low profile.

piche se thodi normal hai but front was very good
interior bahut luxury ac bahut chill hai
laung ke upar 23 24 ki average bhi de chuki hai much better than city and Yaris
best car in this pricr segment
full recommended interior exterior looks amazing screen speaker sound quality everything is very good

A Car to Avoid

Familiarity: I owned this car.
This car has big problems. The gears shift badly, making the ride bumpy. The paint looks cheap and might not last. The tire pressure sensor often fails. The catalytic converter, which cleans the exhaust, has issues despite hi octane usage. Fixing this car is also very expensive because the parts cost a lot. Poor resale. It is probably best to avoid this car

it's a good car look wise as well as performance wise. it gives me average of 15.5/km within city and reach 19/km on highway. very comfortable drive over highway or unpaved roads. Just have tag of Chinese Car but built qualityand performance are better than city or yaris. It has some unique features which other competitors don't have. enjoying this car. it's a family car and value for money.
