Excellent Car for Karachi

Familiarity: I owned this car.

Its a very good car for city, specially for Karachi where traffic jam is a major problem. you cannot drive above 50KMPH in daylight. this is very comfortable for small families, i am driving this car for almost 03 months and i am very happy with the performance. maintenance is slightly expensive if you compare from pakistani alto (660) category but in comfort there is no comparision.
one problem which is face during driving, that there is no arm rest and option to install after market hand rest, which makes you somtimes uncomfortable during long rides. it gives me around 19 in city and 23 plus on highway/ long routes like lyari expressway.

However, there are a few noticeable drawbacks that affect overall comfort and convenience. The absence of backseat headrests reduces rear passenger comfort, especially on longer journeys. Additionally, the lack of automatic side mirrors feels outdated, as manual adjustment can be inconvenient and less precise. While the car performs reliably and has a clean interior design, these missing features make it feel slightly behind modern standards. It’s a practical option, but comfort-focused buyers may expect more.

Familiarity: I owned this car.

I've kept this car for 3 years I've done all the general maintenance to mechanical work on it it's a really budget friendly car the body part are really expensive yes but other than that suspension ac parts engine is on the lower side it gives me avg of 15 on heavy traffic and if the traffic clears and you hypermile it it can give an avg of whopping 27km/l I've felt the comfort of this car is just borderlined other than that the pick and 0-100 is actually really impressive if you have the car well maintained in 25lakhs it's a really good option considering the recent fuel prices

2006 Daihatsu Mira X

Familiarity: I owned this car.

I have a Mira Car model 2006. Its engine has been changed once. I face problems with its fuel consumption. Without AC, it gives around 12 km/L in local run and with AC 8-9 km/L.
I got it full tuning, change of spark plugs, cleaning of catalytic converter as advised by some, noticed no improvement. A mechanic says models as old 2006 have this fuel efficiency. Any one may comment!

I am personally using Daihatsu Mira L package which is a better option than Suzuki alto or kia picanto first it is a Japanese car which is why it have a better built quality but have a expensive maintainace overall it's a good hatchback car and has a great fuel average Around 18 in city and 22 in highway

Very stylish car. Led headlights which car adjustable. Light weight beautiful alloys. Fully loaded of features like radar, climate control, beautiful speedometer , keyless entry, push start, heated seats and much more. Very good road grip even on 140 km/h . park sensors are so efficient . the main problem is ground clearance. Available in 3.5-3.6 million price. sound system is also good. Parts are easily available but expansive. Good in many factors than tin dabba alto . I own this car since December 2022

Familiarity: I owned this car.

Exterior is perfect and interior is good.
sleek design with extra cabin space, however feeling some fuel consumption issues i.e. within city 10 to 11/l while on main shahra speeding between 40 to 60 its come to 14 to 16/l.
while upon usage of hi octane its increased to 13 to 16 in streets while 17 to 20 in roads.
