I’ve always trusted Toyota Airport Motors for my car’s servicing, but after my latest visit, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience.
After a routine service, I began hearing a knocking sound from my brakes. When I returned the next day to address the issue, I was told by the staff that the problem was with the brake locks. Despite my car still being under warranty, they claimed they had no solution for the issue, leaving me shocked and frustrated.
To make matters worse, the behavior of the manager, Mr. Faheem, and the quality manager, Mr. Mohsin, was completely unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or offering assistance, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It seems their service is fine until a problem arises, but when it does, they simply disown the issue and show no concern for customer satisfaction.
