Let’s get all the details about this bike! Design and Styling  This 250cc comes as a naked street bike. Awais shared how he was looking for a bike that was easy to ride but also provided the thrill of a fast ride. The Lifan KP 250 was chosen by Awais solely due to its comfortable riding design. The tail of the bike, according to Awais, looks and feels more comfortable than its competitors like Benelli 302S and Benelli 251S. Mileage Awais has driven this bike for 2000 kilometers. As per his experience, the KP 250 provides a fuel economy of 40 km/l on average, but if you ride it on the heavy throttle, then the mileage drops to 32-35 km/l.  Quality and Durability The quality of the Lifan KP 250 is up to the mark, and it is quite durable. But, when compared to Benelli, it falls short. Moreover, Awais also noticed that the paint on the front mudguard has started fading over time. This is also reflective of the low quality of the paint. Parts Availability The amazing thing about Lifan KP 250 is that its auto parts are available online and that too at a very nominal price. Awais told PakWheels that he bought the front and rear disc pads for Rs. 1835 each, only.  Comfort Awais makes it clear right off the bat this is not an adventure bike and shouldn’t be driven as one. This is a street bike, and as a street bike, it provides great comfort. Out of all of its competitors, the KP 250 has the most comfortable seat. The seating posture is neither too aggressive nor extra comfortable.  Price Awais bought this KP 250 as second-hand for Rs. 6 lac, 47 thousand. A new KP 250 costs Rs. 10 lac, 75 thousand on booking. Rapid Rides Lahore imported this Lifan bike for the owner. Verdict on Lifan KP 250 Awais found a unique feature in the KP 250, which is the rev limiter. He shared his reservations regarding the absence of hazard lights and a very stiff front suspension. Today we have a much-anticipated owner’s review of Lifan KPM 200 by the famous Pakistani motorcycle girl Zenith Irfan. In this review, we discussed full specs, features, top speed, fuel average, and parts availability of the bike. Zenith Irfan had taken a trip to the Khunjrab Pass on her bike, which led to her getting a feature film made on her in which Sohai Ali Abro portrayed her. Her viral adventure biking experience was on Suzuki GS 150, but in this review, she introduced us to her new love, Lifan KMP 200. Appearance Zenith chose this bike primarily because of its good looks. The Lifan KPM 200 has a “cafe-racer/retro” look which is unique and quickly attracts attention. It comes in black, blue, and white colors and is famous in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The seat is comfortable, but Zenith feels like it isn’t pillion-friendly. Engine The bike has a 200 cc NBS II engine that has won 17 short-circuit awards in China. Zenith believes the 4-stroke liquid-cooled engine will help her on her long trips without missing or heating up.  The rider finds that the 150 kg bike feels light to ride due to its 6-gear system. Suspension The Lifan KPM 200 has outstanding suspensions, which is one of Zenith’s favorite features. The suspensions absorb most of the shocks and don’t put too much strain on the bike’s handles.  Fuel Economy According to Zenith, the Lifan KPM 200 has a fuel average of 43 km/l. The bike has a fuel capacity of 12 liters which is lesser than her 125 bike, but she was still satisfied with the KPM 200.  Instrument Panel The digital instrument display of the Lifan KPM 200 is fairly unique. It displays a speedometer, fuel gauge, RPM gauge, miles traveled, and a clock. The handles are equipped with some interesting features such as a dimmer switch, USB port, parking light switch, and some other standard features. Tyres The tyres of this bike are of great quality, with the measurements of the front tire being 100*80 and that of the rear tire being 130*70. But, she still hasn’t taken this mountain to the bikes, so her final verdict is reserved. Price Zenith had bought this bike in 2021 for PKR 525,000, but now the price has significantly risen to around Rs. 7 lacs. She finds value for money because the bike has both looks and great performance. Maintenance As it is a Chinese bike, its spare parts aren’t commonly available but can be found at the outlets of Rapid Rides from where Zenith bought it.  She is looking forward to going on an adventure on her Lifan KPM 200 soon and will be back for a detailed review. Initially, this bike was launched by ZXMCO. At that time, to reduce the cost, the importer launched the bike with low-quality engines. As a result, a lot of the bike owner’s had issues with the bike. However, to resolve the issues, the engines were imported from abroad.  The bike was again introduced in Pakistan by Rapid Rides based on European standards. The quality of the bikes which Lifan is exporting in Europe is the same as the Lifan bikes being imported now in Pakistan. Not only Rapid Rides sell the bike, but they also have spare parts for sale and have launched a service center as well.  Engine  The bike has a powerful 200cc water-cooled engine and six-speed transmission. This bike has a 2nd generation engine which was introduced in Feb 2019. The main difference between the 1st generation and 2nd generation is the crankshaft which has significantly improved in terms of quality. This has resulted in improved engine rotation and cooling technology.   Furthermore, there have been changes in the gearbox and clutch place system. Overall, performance has improved greatly.  The engine’s displacement is 198cc and produces 17Hp. The wet weight is 149.7 kg. All the 150cc bikes have a wet weight between 135 to 150. This means that this has the same wet weight as that of a 150cc motorcycle, but this gives us 50cc more in displacement and 3 -4 hp more. This explains why the top speed is 130 to 140. The bike has excellent throttle and pick.  Gearbox and brakes The gearbox has six transmissions. The bike has soft gears and doesn't require much force. The same goes for the clutch.  The bike has excellent stopping power. Both front and back have a disc braking system. The front has a dual-piston caliper disc, and rare has a single-piston caliper disc.  Price  According to the current dollar rate, the price of this bike is PKR 385,000. As per the dealer, the bike will be available to the customer 45 days after booking.  Engine oil The bike uses 1.25-liter engine oil. It has a paper air filter which costs PKR 700.   Design and wheels Colors available are black and red with a metallic finish and white matte. Paint quality is that of the European standard, and much better than he previously launched biked. The bike has a microfibre texture in the non-painted black part of the bike.  Lifan KPR 200 is equipped with 17 inches alloy wheels and tubeless tires. The wheel at the front is 90/90, and the wheel at the back is 120/80.  Features  Right side grip has a self-start, parking light, main headlight, engine kill switches. A mobile charging gauge is also available. The left side has a horn, indicators, high and low beams switches; and a dipper option.   Rpm meter is analog. The speedometer is digital and can be switched between miles per hour and kilometers per hour. It displays the time, fuel volume, and other information.  Lights Front headlight comes with dual DRL lights. The main light is a projector with low and high beam options. The rear light is led.  Suspension  At the front, there is a telescopic fork, and rear has a single mono-shock. The rider can adjust this according to his weight and height.  Comfort  Riding is comfortable because the seat is cushioned. However, the bike requires the rider to lean forward a bit.
