The 8th generation Honda Civic is known as Honda Civic Reborn and first introduced in 2006. Honda Civic Reborn featured a brand new and sportier design language compared to the 7th Generation Civic. Honda Civic Reborn was available in 4 variants 1.8 i-VTEC, Prosmatec 1.8 i-VTEC, Oriel 1.8 i-VTEC and Oriel Prosmatec 1.8 i-VTEC. Production of the Honda Civic Reborn 8th Generation lasted for 7 years and Honda brought the ninth generation in 2012. This car generation by Honda was called as Reborn due to Honda Atlas using the Reborn label in their marketing campaigns which got picked on by the customers, as it really was a totally different shape than previous Civics. The car today is still considered as an inexpensive "Luxury" option, since it's totally value for money.

Reborn Exterior

The exterior of the 8th Generation Honda Civic Reborn features a distinctive and sporty design language. The front end features sleek, narrow side swept headlights, a small grill with a chrome accent and a small trapezium air intake. The rear end houses trapezium styled taillights with circular inserts and a large rear bumper. All variants of the Honda Civic Reborn feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of 8th Generation Honda Civic features a fairly unique and distinctive design language that allows it to stand out amongst its rivals.

Honda Reborn Interior

The interior of 8th Generation Honda Reborn compromises of black and beige plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in fabric. Standard features on the 1.8 i-VTEC include air conditioning, power windows, power lock doors, tachometer, trip computer, dual front airbags, stereo audio system and power steering. Features on the higher end Oriel variant features front fog lights, alloy wheels, leather upholstery as standard and a sunroof as standard. Options include leather upholstery, a sunroof and satellite navigation. The overall interior of the 8th Generation Honda Reborn is functional and aesthetically pleasing and offers a good amount of space on the both the front and rear.
