Price
This car cost Ducky Bhai a total of Rs. 50 million. However, the price has been fluctuating for E-Tron GT in the Pakistani market.
Purchase Decision
Wanting a car that justified its cost, Ducky explained his purchase decision based on a value-to-money approach. He elaborates that the E-Tron Gt’s price carries a tiny percent of tax duty, making it cost the same as abroad. Tony Stark’s E-Tron GT in the Avengers Endgame movie inspired his decision to buy the car. This was followed by his sighting the vehicle on the road for the first time in 2021, igniting a dream to buy the E-Tron GT.
Range
Ducky elaborates that he doesn’t get anxious about the car’s range, as it satisfies his needs of traveling within the city. “Even with extensive use, it takes three days before charging,” Ducky mentioned. To maximize the battery health life cycle, they are charged up to 80%, costing around Rs. 4-4.5,000 if charged commercially, though he is working on installing a charging station in his home.
Features
Audi E-Tron Gt offers customers numerous exciting features, including Efficiency driving mode, Comfort mode, 360 cameras, Auto brakes, Lane Keeping Assist, Soundproof Cabin Insulation, an Artificial Exhaust sound to enhance user experience, adjustable height, rear AC vents, and back and middle positioned charging docks. An interesting fact for eco-friendly users is that the car’s interior is built from recycled material, a positive step towards environmental sustainability. The E-Tron is a 4-seater for ideal situations, Ducky shares.
Interior
E-Tron Gt’s head unit’s software is highly swift and rapid, contrary to various locally assembled cars. Audi also offers customized speedometer screens in the Audi E-Tron GT. Stocked with paddle shifters, the E-Tron comprises a 2-speed transmission. The first gear is the launch control option, while the second is used for standard fuel and energy efficiency. Another fascinating experience is the downhill breaking, leading to automatic charging due to recursive breaking.
0-100 Speed Test
On paper, the Audi E-Tron Gt reaches 0-100 in an astounding 4.1 seconds. However, it took Ducky 4.3 seconds to replicate the speed test. A possible reason for the slight change can be the AC turned on and the weight of the spare tire in the boot.
Missing Features
Although delighted about his purchase, Ducky raised the concern of missing wireless charging and the lack of access to the my Audi App. Another concern was the amount of heat trapped internally because of the glass roof. Ducky wishes there was a cover in the interior to prevent excessive heat from entering. Another feature that needs to be added is a compartment to accommodate larger phones, such as the Apple 14 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra.
