Chawla Green Motors to Launch Two Dongfeng EVs in Pakistan Next Year

According to sources, Chawla Green Motors, the group that introduced Dongfeng in Pakistan, plans to launch two new electric vehicles next year. If you don’t know, Dongfeng previously brought the Box, an all-electric subcompact hatchback, to Pakistan.

Now, the company is preparing to introduce two more models, the Dongfeng eπ 007, a full-size electric sedan, and the Dongfeng Nami 06, a compact electric crossover.

If launched, the eπ 007 will go head-to-head with the BYD Seal, another all-electric full-size sedan from China. Both models target the same premium EV segment, signaling growing competition among Chinese automakers in Pakistan’s electric sedan market.

The Nami 06, meanwhile, is expected to compete with the Seres 3 and BYD Atto 3, both well-known all-electric compact crossovers. This could further expand options in Pakistan’s mid-range EV category.

Pricing details for both vehicles have not yet been disclosed, and official announcements from the company are still awaited.
