We have received official information from Haval, stating that the motor of the Sportage L HEV is rated at 44 kW, while the Haval H6 HEV motor is rated at 133 kW. This is why H6 HEV has got 66% higher torque output compared to the Sportage L HEV.

Haval H6 HEV

The Haval H6 HEV is the largest in height and width (4,683 x 1,886 x 1,730 mm) and packs a 1.5L turbo engine with the highest torque (530 Nm), which is even higher than the brand new Hyundai Sonata N Line and horsepower (240 HP) here. Its hybrid setup pairs with a 12.3” infotainment screen and a smaller 10.25” cluster.

It includes advanced safety tech like lane/collision assist, full auto parking, and paddle shifters, but it uses artificial leather seats and an 8-speaker system. Unique for offering full auto parking, it balances power and tech but trails in premium audio.  

Kia Sportage L HEV

At 4,660 x 1,865 x 1,665 mm, it’s the most compact. The 1.6L turbo hybrid matches the Santa Fe’s 226 HP and 350 Nm torque. Dual 12.3” screens, 8 Harman Kardon speakers, and artificial leather seats highlight its interior. Safety features like lane/collision assist, safe exit assist, and high beam assist are standard, plus paddle shifters. It lacks full auto parking but offers a balanced mix of tech, safety, and premium audio in a smaller footprint.  

Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid

The longest (4,785 mm) with the largest wheelbase (2,765 mm), its 1.6L turbo hybrid mirrors the Sportage’s 226 HP and 350 Nm torque. It steps up with leather seats, a 9+1 Harman Kardon speaker system, and a 12.3” cluster (paired with an 8” infotainment). However, it skips paddle shifters, lane/collision assist, safe exit assist, and high beam assist. Focused on cabin comfort and space, it trades some tech/safety features for a more premium interior feel.
