Your driving license is a legal document that gives a proof that you are permitted to drive vehicles on a road. We have talked a lot about how to obtain a permanent or international driving license. And this article focuses on how to get a duplicate license issued in case of lost or misplaced.

For the province of Sindh, there is no online form available at Sindh Police website and in case of lost or misplaced license you need to visit the driving license office and get the application form. Fill the form, go to the registration hall and get the Q-matic slip. After this, you need to go to the medical counter to get your fitness certificate. Things you’d required are mentioned below:
- a) Two copies of recent passport size photographs
- b) Valid CNIC copy along with the original.
- c) Copy of the lost report of the driving license from concern police station.
- d) Affidavit.
