The federal government has once again increased the petrol prices in Pakistan. As per the new notice, prices of petrol and diesel have been hiked by Rs. 15 per liter.
The new prices will be implemented from July 1st, 2022.
New Petrol Prices
After the latest hike in petrol prices, petrol now costs Rs. 248.74 as compared to the old price of Rs. 233.89.
Meanwhile, the new Diesel rate is Rs. 276.54 instead of Rs. 263.31.
And the new rate of Kerosene Oil is Rs. 230.26 against Rs. 211.43.
Light Diesel Oil now costs Rs. 226.15 compared to the previous rate of Rs. 207.47.
This is the 4th time the government has increased the price of petroleum products since April. The prices are expected to further increase during the year due to IMF loan conditions.
