Honda Pakistan is bringing its BR-V with the manual transmission. The car will go on sale on 1st April. The new manual BR-V will be available with a 6-speed manual transmission. Previously, Honda BR-V was only available with a CVT gearbox. The engine is the same 1500cc SOHC i-VTEC motor.
Although Honda Pakistan markets the BR-V as an SUV and has focused on the higher ground clearance of the BR-V, one can argue that it is not technically an SUV but an MPV. The BR-V comes with 7 seats. Other features of the BR-V include,
- Keyless entry
- Steering multimedia control
- Integrated tuner
- Roof rail
- SRS airbag (driver side)
- ABS
The new manual Honda BR-V is priced at PKR 2,099,000 (ex-factory). The manual version is about PKR 130,000 cheaper than the i-VTEC CVT version and PKR 230,000 cheaper than the i-VTEC S CVT version.
