The wait is over, as much anticipated Corolla Altis X has arrived at dealerships of the company. As per our reports, the new sedan has arrived in all major cities including Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.
The dealerships will start displaying the new sedan from tomorrow (December 20).
Furthermore, the reports stated that bookings would also start from tomorrow. However, there are no reports regarding the delivery time of the vehicle, meaning company has not confirmed, when it will start delivering it.
Features Corolla Altis X:
In November 2020, IMC CEO Ali Jamali revealed the launch of this vehicle, during an interview with PakWheels. He said that the company would introduce minor changes in 1.6L and 1.8L Altis Grande in 2021. The new car, named Corolla Altis X Package, will have some add-ons, and it will come with few model changes, he stated.
The company is offering the new car with All-Black Interior, passenger seat belt sensor, and new body kit for the car. Furthermore, it has electro chromic rear view mirror, new front and rear bumpers, new front and rear spoilers, and new fog lamp covers.
It is pertinent to mention that All Black Interior option will only be available in Corolla Altis Grande 1.8L Automatic, which is the top-of-the-line variant.

The Potential Impact of New Car:
Toyota Indus Motors is looking forward to boost its sales through launch of this new car. However, it is yet to see how local consumers would receive this ‘face lift’. The competition in local market has increased, especially after entry of new manufacturers like Proton, Changan, KIA and Hyundai.
The company would face serious competition from recently-launced Changan Alsvin, and upcoming Hyundai Elantra and Proton SAGA.
