BMW R1300- Overview
This new R1300 comes in two options, all-black and a trophy-style edition. While my personal favorite is the trophy-style edition with a combo of blue, white, and red paired with golden spoke wheels.
The front fascia is facelifted by keeping a projector lamp in the middle surrounded by four DRLs making the ultimate shape of a star. However, the older version had old-school alien-shaped headlights which is thankfully changed now.
This newly designed bike looks bulky with a refreshed style. Where the overall weight has been reduced up to 20 kg with the use of carbon fibre and other lightweight materials. Coming with an Akrapovic exhaust makes it look sporty while the cat-back sound is there to give your nerves a rush.
Engine and Performance
The R1300 now offers a boxier style engine with subtle improvements in comparison with the older sibling 2023 R1250 GS. This 1300cc engine is an improved machine which is capable of producing 134 bhp of power and a peak torque of 105 lb-ft where the maximum revs can reach up to 9000 rpm.
Having a centre of gravity near the ground and a sporty driving posture makes its maneuverability smoother than ever before.
Modest Features
This R1300 comes with an LCD display instrument panel comprising of digital speedometer, fuel display, gear and drive modes, RPM, speed, and temperature dials. Moreover, it has keyless start and cruise control comes as standard. Meanwhile, taillight and indicators have all been integrated in one system to improve the overall looks.
