Reminder: 4 Days Left to Pass Emission Test or Face Legal Action!
LAHORE: Earlier, the government announced through various official channels, including social media and public advisories, that emission testing for vehicles of model years 2010-2015 in Lahore is compulsory, with a due date of November 16, 2025.
The compliance deadline is fast approaching, and after November 16, any vehicles that fail to meet the emission standards will be subject to legal action.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that car owners in Lahore with vehicles of the respective model years get their cars EPA-certified at a nearby EPA testing center, as there are only 4 days remaining. If your vehicle is at risk of failing the test, we recommend that you tune or repair it before testing.

Unanswered Questions: What About Vehicles Older Than 2010?
While the government has made emission testing mandatory for vehicles from 2010 to 2015, there is no clear guidance on the fate of vehicles older than 2010. The EPA has not clarified whether these vehicles will face similar regulations or penalties, leaving owners uncertain about their obligations.
