Haval H6 Prices Slashes by Rs. 4,00,000

After months-long price hike saga, car makers came with a new episode featuring a price drop series. Taking a cue from Kia Lucky Motors, Toyota Pakistan, Honda Atlas and MG Motors, Sazgar Engineering joined the price drop trend – decreased the price of its SUVs in Pakistan dubbed “Haval H6” and “Jolion”.

Due to the decline in the value of the USD relative to the Pakistani Rupee, the company has chosen to extend the advantage to our valued customers. Consequently, starting from October 27, 2023, we will be revising the ex-factory prices for all Haval variants in our invoices and beyond.

Here are the new prices of Haval H6 variants ang Jolion.

New Prices

  • Haval H6 1.5T new price is Rs. 9,099,000 against the old rate of Rs. 9,4299,000. Meaning, the car price is reduced by Rs. 400,000.
  • Meanwhile, Haval H6 2.0 price is dropped by Rs. 400,000. It will now cost Rs. 10,449,000 compared to the old price of Rs. 10,849,000.
  • The company’s new entrant Haval H6 HEV new price is Rs. 11,749,000 against the previous price of Rs. 9,749,000. The price is slashed by Rs. 400,000.
  • Haval Jolion’s price is decreased by Rs. 350,000. Now, it will cost Rs. 7,949,000 compared to the old price oof Rs. 8,299,000.

Term & conditions

  • Local freight and local transport insurance charges will vary based on the dealership location.
  • The new prices will be applicable exclusively to invoices generated from October 27, 2023.
  • Any government-imposed levies up to the time of delivery will be applicable.
  • The final price at the time of delivery will be considered as conclusive.

    To be honest, I do not know how these Chinese cars are priced. We can say that the materials used in the body work is at par with the Japanese cars but that’s not where a car ends.
    Their mechanics are rated for not more than 50000KM or max to 100000KM if special care is taken. Metallurgy is weak inside the engine. Rings are thin and selves of the engines are not hardened properly. This causes extreme wear and oil consumption. Plastics are used where metal is required and all places where its out of sight its out of quality.
    This used to be a common issue for Korean cars as well, but they have some how improved a bit but not that much as of the Japanese counterparts.
    These cars should be priced 50% of the Japanese cars and you can also see the astronomical figures Sazgar achieved in their profitability report. Which shows that they are selling junk at huge costs.
