In a surprising move earlier this month, Buraq Automobile Pvt Ltd. increased the price of Benelli TNT25. The price, which previously stood at 455,000 rupees has now received an upward increase of 20,000 rupees, escalating the motorbike’ price to 475,000 rupees. When asked about the price hike, company officials remarked that this hike is due to an increase in custom’ duty.

Buraq Automobiles entered in the local market fray back in 2016. The company is a result of a joint venture between Buraq Automobile, and Qianjiang Motor Company of China.
TNT25 features a 250cc, single cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid cooled engine giving it the power of 25 horses at the red-line of 9000-RPM along with 21.5Nm of torque at 7000-RPM. This 0.25-liter engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. Coupled with the electronic ignition, front & rear disc brakes, a digital information cluster; TNT25 manages to deliver thrill with style.
