As all of you know, Kia car prices saw a huge jump yesterday and you can read about the updated prices, here. In the same circular, Kia Lucky Motors shared the status of bookings of all of its cars and their variants. As per the notification, the bookings of all models and variants have been opened except three.
Bookings on Hold
The bookings of following cars are on hold:
- Kia Picanto Automatic (A/T)
- Sportage Front Wheel Drive (FWD)
- Sportage All Wheel Drive (AWD)
Meanwhile, you can book the rest of Kia offerings. Furthermore, you can book all cars on full payment except Kia Carnival GLS, which is open for booking at partial payment. So, visit your nearby Kia dealership and book car of your choice.

It is pertinent to mention that the company suspended the bookings of all variants of Kia Picanto, Sportage and Stonic in April 2022.
Kia Car Prices Increased
Meanwhile, here is the recap of price increase of Kia Picanto and Sportage.
Kia Picanto
- The revised price of Kia Picanto Manual is Rs. 3,100,000 compared to the previous Rs. 2,600,000, meaning it saw a jump of Rs. 500,000.
- Meanwhile, Kia Picanto Automatic will now cost Rs. 3,200,000 against Rs. 2,700,000 as its price has also been hiked by Rs. 500,000.
Kia Sportage
Then comes Kia’s famous crossover SUV, and update for this vehicle is:
- New price of Kia Sportage Alpha is Rs. 5,300,000 against Rs. 6,250,000 as it observes a jump of Rs. 897,000.
- The second variant, Kia Sportage Front Wheel Drive (FWD), also got an increase of Rs. 892,000, taking its price to Rs. 6,750,000 compared to Rs. 5,858,000.
- Last but not least, the price of Kia Sportage All Wheel Drive (AWD) has been increased by Rs. 887,000 and now it will cost Rs. 7,250,000 compared to Rs. 6,363,000.
