In honor of a decade of MG5, the “10th Anniversary Edition” has been launched in Thailand. While it retains the essence of the original, this special edition boasts cosmetic enhancements that add a touch of elegance and style.
Aesthetic Upgrades
The exterior enhancements include sleek black side mirrors, door handles, emblems, and a distinctive black 10th-anniversary badge at the rear. The sedan rides on new 17-inch black alloy wheels, featuring a special 10th-anniversary emblem. Step inside, and the black theme continues, complemented by striking red stitching on black leather seats, door trims, and the shift knob.

The MG 5 10th Anniversary Edition prioritizes safety with a range of features, including four airbags, ABS with EBD and EBA, XDS Cornering Braking Control System, TCS anti-roll system, Hill Assist, Emergency brake system (ESS), Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold, ISOFIX seat anchor points, Speed Sensing Door Locks, Automatic safety belts, Rear occupants alarm, and an Engine immobilizer.

Powering the MG 5 is a robust 1.5L engine delivering 114 hp and 150 Nm of torque. Paired with a CVT automatic transmission featuring a program lock gear ratio and 8 virtual speeds, the MG promises a smooth and efficient ride.
