Are you ready to handle the next big thing in electric vehicles? Look no further than the new Volkswagen ID.7, the brand’s first all-electric saloon car that’s set to rival the Tesla Model 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 6. With a range of up to 700 km, the Volkswagen ID.7 is sure to make a lasting impression.

Volkswagen ID.7 Design

The ID.7 is a sleek and athletic vehicle designed to rival the likes of the Tesla Model 3 and the Hyundai Ioniq 6. The exterior design is beautiful and dynamic, with a swooping curve that distinguishes it from VW’s other electric vehicles. The LED headlights are slim and stylish, and the front of the car features a full-width LED strip that adds to its modern appearance. Unlike the Audi e-tron GT, there are no big fake grilles, just slim air intakes in the lower bumper to cool the battery.

On the side, the Volkswagen ID.7 features a sleek sloping roofline, making it look more like a sports car than an electric vehicle. Gloss black side skirts and flush-fitting door handles give it a refined look that will turn heads. At the rear, there’s a chunky light bar that runs across the tailgate, with a neat-looking LED light signature that’s sure to impress.

Interior

The interior of the Volkswagen ID.7 is just as impressive as the exterior. The large 15.0-inch touchscreen entertainment system, identical to that seen in the Tesla Model 3, is the central focus of the cabin. The screen incorporates all essential functions, including heating and air conditioning, making it exceedingly simple to use. The temperature and volume sliders are backlit, making them simple to see even in low light.

Volkswagen has made some impressive improvements to the ID.7’s interior, including the use of recycled materials. The cabin features fabrics made from ocean plastics and recycled bottles, as well as recycled plastics in the insulation. The seats are 14-way adjustable and heated and cooled, with heat and moisture sensors that automatically adjust the temperature as needed. The optional panoramic roof is made from smart glass that can turn opaque at the touch of a button, eliminating the need for a bulky sunblind. It can even be operated with voice commands.

Performance

The Volkswagen ID.7’s performance is nothing to ignore either. Although official performance stats are not yet confirmed, it’s expected to have up to 299hp from a dual-motor setup. At launch, the ID.7 will be offered a 77kWh battery in the Pro version, providing up to 615 km of range. Later, a Pro S version with an 86kWh battery will be released, offering up to 700 km on a single charge.

Volkswagen ID.7Price & Release Date

The Volkswagen ID.7 is expected to be released for the European market soon. Its price is still not confirmed, but a tag of £50,000 is expected for the beautiful EV.

All in all, the Volkswagen ID.7 is an impressive addition to the electric car market. Its sleek and athletic design, recycled materials, and cutting-edge technology make it an excellent choice for people seeking a high-performance, environmentally-friendly vehicle.
