Yamaha to Introduce “New Shade” for its Bike But Which One?
Yamaha Motor Pakistan is all set to launch a new shade for one of its bikes. As per a social media post, the company said: “Get Ready to take on a new shade of adventure as Yamaha Pakistan comes up with something new and exciting for our audiences.”
In the attached video, the company asked its consumers, ” Can you guess what it is? While adding, “It revs your heart, and it’s ambitious.” And there is a hidden bike behind this text.
Now the question arises, which shade for which bike? And to know the answer to these questions, we asked our sources. They told us that the bike maker is planning to launch a new colour of Yamaha YB 125Z-DX. And this is apparently the “new shade of adventure.”
After watching the teaser, we got excited that maybe the company is going to introduce some major changes in one of its bikes, maybe increased horsepower, engine displacement, or some tech to increase the fuel average, which you know is vital in today’s time, hint: record high petrol prices. But apparently, we are only getting a new colour. If the consumers remember, the company introduced a matt gray and blue color for YBR 125G, although the blue one was later discontinued.
The bike company seems to have only new stickers and new colours to offer to its consumers. Like its competitor, Atlas Honda has been merely changing the stickers on its most famous bikes, i.e., Honda CD 70 and CG 125, for years. And the companies present these “upgrades” as some major changes in bike technology or performance, but all we get is new stickers and new colours.
Expected Colour & Arrival
As per our sources, the new color will be matt and most probably in grey, but it has yet to be confirmed. “The new colour of the bike would arrive at dealerships right after Eid,” the sources added.
Current Colours & Price of YB 125-DX
The company is currently offering three colours, i.e., Metallic Black, Metallic Blue, and Vivid Cocktail Red. Meanwhile, the price of the bike is Rs. 366,500.
