Kia Lucky Motors seems to be on a roll with these price hikes, as the company has announced a new price hike for all of its lineup. Before this, Hyundai announced an increase in the price of its cars for the second time within one week.
Without citing any reason behind this onslaught of price hikes, Kia’s simple notification contained the new, increased car prices with a list of terms and conditions.
Kia New Car Prices
These are new prices for Kia cars.
Picanto New Price
- Kia Picanto M/T used to cost Rs. 3,228,000 a few days ago but now costs a whopping Rs. 3,300,000.
- Kia Picanto A/T, on the other hand, now costs Rs. 3,550,000 instead of Rs. 3,430,000.
Stonic New Price
- Kia Stonic EX now costs Rs. 4,900,000 instead of Rs. 4,842,000.
- Whereas, Kia Stonic EX+ has a new price of Rs. 5,400,000 as compared to the old price of Rs. 5,295,000.
Sorento New Price
- Sorento 2.4L FWD used to cost Rs. 8,472,000 but now costs Rs. 9,000,000.
- Similarly, Sorento 2.4L AWD had a price of Rs. 9,178,000 a few days ago. Now it costs Rs. 9,800,000. This is a difference of a whopping Rs. 622,000.
- Lastly, Sorento 3.5L FWD is now priced at Rs. 9,800,000, like Sorento 2.4L AWD.
Carnival New Price
- Carnival GLS also faced a price hike and now costs Rs. 15,650,000 instead of the old Rs. 15,129,000.

Terms and Conditions
- All the orders with full payment credited to Lucky Motors as of February 28, 2023, will be delivered on old prices.
- New price will be applicable on all orders from March 1, 2023.
- These ex-factory prices are exclusive of freight and insurance charges.
- Any new taxes or duties by the government will be applicable at the time of the delivery.
- Price lock will be applicable on all new bookings effective March 1, 2023 but it is subject to stock availability.
- Price lock offer is for limited time period and the company has the right to reverse the price lock anytime it wants.
